User Reviews

The CES 2026 iOS app is plagued by crashes, login problems, and unreliable maps/search, with no built-in show planner and disruptive ads. A few notes mention scheduling usefulness and speed improvements, but overall sentiment is negative due to instability and usability gaps.
Pros
  • Scheduling sessions can be helpful when the feature works.
  • App performance improved and is faster after changes reducing ad intrusions.
  • Some reviewers found the app surprisingly effective for getting an overview of the CES show.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and failures to load (splash screen hangs, crashes on open, crashes during navigation).
  • Login/authentication issues (unable to login, identity loading errors, password changes not resolving).
  • Unreliable maps, navigation, and exhibitor search (crashes, inaccurate locations, poor real-time routing).
  • Lack of a built-in show planner or day-by-day scheduling linked to maps; planning is cumbersome.
  • Intrusive ads (full-page ads and ads refreshing) degrade the user experience.

Still bad, still crashes every 1-2 minutes, and still missing keys features. Still no ability to add notes to the companies you favorite and plan to visit Still no way to go forward/backward in detail view of an exhibitor list. You always have to exit back to the main list (which usually crashes after you do it 3-4 times). Large waist of time when researching exhibitors. Still no links or menu to the CES Daily. But they added copilot 🤷🏻‍♂️ But glad that the pushing of the ads each time you open the app is gone and it's a little faster. So I've gone from 1 star to 3 stars.
