I fill out the the request form and am unable to successfully hit the submit button. Also company says they’ve created a ticket but it is not confirmed on the app or online. So I have no idea when they’re coming. Are you listening SUPERIOR? I’m not the only one with this issue

Horrible app/website error on login both, cannot reach portal

This app doesn’t remember my user name, is not intuitive which requires me to go hunting for the information that I need. I hope the company will commit some resources to remake the app.
