BIS CARE APP is a consumer-focused tool that helps you verify authenticity marks on products. By entering licence numbers, HUID numbers, or registration numbers, you can instantly retrieve details such as the manufacturer’s name and address, licence validity, coverage of varieties and brands, current status, and jewellery purity.

Beyond verification, the app enables you to report concerns about sub-standard products or misused marks. With OTP-based login, you can submit complaints via guided forms, attach evidence, receive a complaint number, and track redressal as per current guidelines.
