I installed and got an eSIM from this company for my trip to Sweden and the instal and service works perfectly fine, however, the app needs a serious makeover, I think it’s way over the top of being “cool” in lack of better words? It’s it’s difficult to navigate and it just looks horrible, a simpler and cleaner interface and it would get 5 stars from me.

I am sharing to help other customers not fall for the trap. Please note that after you have paid - the customer service ends. And it is not possible to receive a response and help regarding the activation of the line, I activated my line - not long ago, I encountered a problem - in customer service they closed the tabs I opened with them, one after the other. And the response did not come and even when it did it was a very, very shallow and slow response so I highly do not recommend buying anything here!

Yo has been my goTo e-sim company over the last couple years. They always have great prices, reliable service around the world, a fun app, as well as fast and friendly customer service. I highly recommend using Global Yo for all of your future travels. I also just want to give a shoutout to support staff Ana, who was especially helpful with something that I needed.
