Purchased the sim in Africa didn’t work took me 3 days writing to customer service which they didn’t help or offer any solution finally delete the ESIM and lost my money and they didn’t care to help , Wasting money and time app

I can wholeheartedly recommend Global Yo eSIMs. I’ve been traveling extensively over the past few years and have always used this app without any issues. When I recently encountered a problem, the customer support team was fantastic. They responded quickly and were very accommodating in finding a satisfactory solution. Special thanks to Ninja Creus, who came to the rescue! I’ll happily continue using this app and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

I’ve used this many times, good prices, sometimes you’re forced to used a specific carrier which is not the most reliable, but works. When you get an e-sim during the check out process you’re asked if you’d like calls for $2.99 DON’T DO IT. It doesn’t work at all. And hopefully you won’t need to contact their customer support, which is completely useless.
