As a companion product to Spenda’s Accounts Payable software*, Spenda Wallet is your go-to mobile payment authorisation app. Experience the convenience of a user-friendly approval app that allows only authorised personnel to review and approve payments in real-time. Once your accounts payable department sets up the payment batch, authorised users will receive personalised notifications on their mobile device, removing cumbersome approval email and text chains. Wherever you may be, simply review, edit and approve payments securely, accurately, and on time.

Approvers will receive a payment authorisation request notification and upon review they can choose to pay with a pre-configured payment option or add a new payment method. Options include payment via bank account, with a credit card – even if your supplier doesn’t accept card payments, or if available, through an on-demand lending facility. Our system securely retains preferred payment methods to enhance convenience for future transactions while safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of your payment data.

LAYERED AUTHENTICATION

Authorise payments with complete confidence. We have implemented a few strict security layers, including biometric scanning and SMS code approvals, to ensure authorised users are identified correctly before approving payments. Create custom approval layers with the option to add multiple approvers with sequential approval settings.
