Link to Windows connects your iPhone to your Windows PC so you can access the things you love on your phone from your desktop. Start by pairing your iPhone with the Phone Link Feature on Windows for a seamless cross-device experience.

With Link to Windows you can make and receive calls, manage notifications, read and reply to text messages, view your phone contacts, and share files between devices. iPhone requires iOS 16 or higher and a BLE-enabled Windows 10 (May 2019 Update or later) or Windows 11 PC. Users like the core feature of viewing and replying to iPhone texts on Windows, and many use it to stay connected away from the phone. However, the app is frequently unstable and incomplete: connections drop, messages are not fully synced, group chats and media are limited, and setup can be frustrating. It’s often a time-saver when it works, but reliability gaps and Android parity issues limit its overall usefulness.

I love the concept and it would be a great productivity tool but it is very flaky. I think it has to do with changes with bluetooth standards. I couldn’t connect for a few weeks. I gave up on it after spending several hours trying to resolve connection issues. I accidentally fired it up recently and it seems to be working. It is still flaky going back and forth with the phone. You say answer a call on the app with the pc and it answers but switches to the phone. Also doesn’t support group text and attachments. It is great for dual authentication when you need to enter a code sent to phone

It is rarely useful but more often. It is extremely annoying because it doesn’t have an option to never take over your phone call and instead every time you get a phone call, I have to manually change it to my phone or my phone.
