After being a customer for over 15 years, I’ve finally reached my absolute breaking point with Bakcell. For a decade and a half, I tolerated their mediocre service simply because there were few alternatives. But what they did recently is beyond unacceptable. While I was out of the country and couldn't use the line for just one single month, Bakcell took my number—a number I had owned and used for over 15 years—and sold it to someone else. Zero loyalty, zero respect, zero customer care. Throwing away a 15-year relationship over 30 days of inactivity is predatory and pathetic. This is hands down the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Bakcell.
