eTOM is a tool that helps to carry out a general inspection of the construction site, record observations, classify them and turn them into understandable visuals/graphs, and correctly document and store the results of the general inspection. The application allows you to send the cleaning task to the responsible party without leaving the object and monitor the execution of these tasks in real time. Notifying the responsible construction managers of dangerous situations and violations has never been as easy as with this application - you record the situation, add a photo, if necessary, a clarification/recommendation and the person in charge, and send a notification, and two things have been done at the same time - notification and documentation - the person in charge receives a notification of the dangerous situation, and the occupational safety coordinator remains correctly documented "trace" in the register. The use of eTOM not only provides better information about occupational safety, but also saves the specialist time required to fulfill the requirement arising from the legislation. The time saved can be used by the specialist for his main work - the safe organization and management of work.
