You think you need 100 $ to have a good and strong army? Noooo not even 300 or 1000 or 5000 dollars will be enough, strong players in this game have spent at least 30,000 US dollar to have a strong army that can fight and defend, if you are not rich and ready to spend 30,000 US dollars and above I advise you to stay away.
