Recent reviews

Despite seeing the two star review, I decided to give this app a try. Everything was all good when I received my first test. This was over a month ago. I completed the test thoroughly. And then it said error and continuously tried to get me to repeat the task several times. I also got denied for payment several times and reached out to customer service. They were very slow to respond and said that they were fixing issues that they were trying to fix and it should be fixed shortly. Needless to say the problem never got solved. I never got paid for completing the test and they locked me out of my account and I can no longer sign in. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this app for anyone.

App messing up and I’ve never received a email back .

I haven’t been able to log into the app for MONTHS. No response from support. I can’t even log in to delete my profile. This company is an absolute joke.
