2026-08-14	Na*****	The whole company and app and website is complete trash. No one not even the app gives you correct insight on what’s going on. They give excuses after excuses. I would never use them an ever again. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

2026-06-11	WM*****	This app 1. Won’t keep you signed in even though you tick the check box. 2. Fails the biometric login every time you try to login(FaceID), forcing you to login with username and password every time. 3. Forces you to turn off Automatic Verification or their app will just hang at the login screen. This is the ONLY investment app I have that is this problematic. I’ve spent an hour trying to resolve all the login issues to no avail. It’s no surprise to see the app rating it has. They should really try harder to improve their app.

2025-01-04	AG*****	This app will not remember your login even though Face ID is turned in. So every time I need to access my account I need to use my user id and password. The layout is simple but this is not an app for retirement. No planning options just a way to review your balance.

2024-12-31	GR*****	This is easily the worst financial app I have installed on my phone and this company should be embarrassed. Seriously, who would trust you to manage their money when you can’t manage to put together a decent app for your customers in 2024?! The app always requires the full login process even though facial recognition is turned on. Now it won’t even prompt a keyboard so I can enter my password (even though I shouldn’t have to in the first place). So I can’t use the app at all. When I am able to login, the layout is terrible and I can’t even see how each of my funds is performing. I will be providing this same feedback to my human resource department too. It’s crazy that my financial future is being handled this way.

2024-11-27	Pr*****	Hey, I’m 24 and I have two policies in place and I need to frequently check on them so that I am on track. I think it’ll be beneficial to spend some finances improving this app so that more people can have quicker access to their plans other than a browser.
