User Reviews

Overall, Baby Foods Tracker is praised for its simple, user-friendly design that makes it easy to log each food and the baby’s response. Users like the ability to add custom foods, track introduction timing and frequency, and appreciate the free, no-account setup. The app has also benefited from developer responsiveness (e.g., dairy category). Common drawbacks include ads, no notes field, limited editing of mood icons, and the lack of a single, daily history view or past-day logging.
Pros
  • Simple, clean, easy-to-use interface for tracking what foods the baby tries and how they react.
  • Allows adding your own foods and customizing entries.
  • Free to use with no account required.
  • Keeps track of when foods are introduced and how many times they’ve been tried.
  • Developers responsive and have added useful features (e.g., dairy category) based on user feedback.
Cons
  • Ads after updates can be annoying.
  • No notes field to record details about reactions or outcomes.
  • Emoji/face indicators can't be edited to reflect allergies or preferences.
  • Entries can only be made for the current day, making it hard to log past days.
  • No centralized history log; you must check each food item separately.

I loved this app with my firstborn. It was so simple to use and track how many food he had tried and whether or not he liked them. Now that my second baby is ready to start solids, I wish that there was a way to add another child without erasing the data from my firstborn. I definitely recommend this app though!

It’s super simple, organized, and has a ton of options! Only reason it has 4 stars is because I don’t have an account. I can’t log in or anything. It’s only on my phone.
