Normally I’ve never reviewed an app . And I’m a positive person , but this app had drawn me over the edge When I first started using this app, everything seemed great. I enjoyed it for about three months, and then things changed. Support was the first problem — it consistently takes 2 to 3 days to get any reply. I had an issue with my virtual card and reported it to support at least three times. Each time, it took two to three days for them to respond, and the issue was never actually resolved. The card would work briefly: I could withdraw funds from it, but when I tried to add funds again to use for payments, it wouldn’t go through. Today I was told my account was suspended. I asked multiple times why, and the only answer I got was a general statement about what the app is used for. I still don’t understand the actual reason for the suspension. To make it worse, when they suspended the account, they told me to withdraw my funds from my card to my external account — but I couldn’t do that either, because of the same ongoing card issues. In my honest experience, the app has not worked reliably for me, and I can’t recommend it based on what I’ve gone through. It’s so painful , suspending my account when it’s due to an internal issue.

A friend of mine sent me 5.3 million naira to my raenest app, but the money has not dropped, and this money were meant for flight booking , so disappointed This money is not mine ,, This app is a thief, they don’t reply dms or emails 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 my God will punish you people, You people downloading this app is at risk of losing money oooo don’t use this app, they are criminals..disguise as bank Be guided………
