2 Focus is an app that helps you focus. Nowadays, deep work is an increasingly rarer skill. Social media and digital entertainment have made it hard for everyone to focus. That’s why I created 2 Focus. 2 Focus allows you to gradually train your mind to work deeply for longer periods of time. You can start at Level 1 (30 minutes) and make your way up to 4 hours.

This app is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no ads, and no premium features. The only thing I ask of you in return is that you consider donating to the American Diabetes Association. If you go into the app and press the star icon at the top, you’ll know what I mean.
