I can’t find a way to contact you with my issue. Until a few days ago I had no problems downloading videos and saving them to my phone but last few days it’s is saving than as a zip file with no video. Still having same issues, it was fixed for a few days but doesn’t work again

This app never works it’s a very disappointing app

Purchased the premium option at yearly, all of a sudden stopped letting me download and save videos out of the blue, clicking restore purchases does absolutely nothing and tells me I’m not premium when I purchased it, do not purchase the premium option as this is clearly a bug in the app that has not been fixed and is a waste of money.
