2026-08-23	le*****	When I downloaded this app it was great for voting and had my age in the range but now the age rating has changed and the app isn’t letting me vote. If it is possible to change the age rating for younger fans to vote (teens) that would be appreciated. Overall great app when I had the eligibility to use it.

2026-06-19	So*****	So I got this app today because I wanted to see all the kpop idols because we usually watch it on TV but we usually don’t anymore, so, I got this app on my phone, and as I opened the app it was pretty good in my opinion! They really don’t have long ads and we could watch our favorite idols on our phone how great! For me there were no glitches and like nothing wrong! But! It is all my opinion in here so if you disagree, then sorry🫶🏻

2026-06-16	JJ*****	I don’t like that when you don’t go on the app for a while it logs you out of your account. While I was logged out my points expired as well which I didn’t know was a thing. I don’t understand why they would expire and why users can’t keep their points. It’s very irritating.

I’m guessing they’re just working on the monetization the app can do and not how it actually works for users. So many bugs. For some reason, the videos don’t even have controls anymore.
