| 2024-11-11 | ou***** | I just saw a review from one year ago reporting the same issue I have. The app often does not open, only white screen, and i have to delete the app and reinstall. At times, I have to do this every time I want to use the app. Other times, no problem. However it is a problem at least half the time. Annoying. I also think the system tracker needs a few more details and I want to be able to see my trends on my phone. I would like to be able to see how often I have break through bleeding AND would like the symptom to actually say @m”Break Through Bleeding” because that’s what I have, NOT “Irregular Period”. I dont have periods. Im in MENOPAUSE! | |

| 2024-03-20 | Ca***** | I have recently downloaded and started using the Evernow app and have noticed a persistent issue. Every time I log a symptom rating, the screen goes blank and the app locks up. I can only fix it by shutting down and restarting the app. Unfortunately, I end up having to do that with every symptom. | |

| 2023-12-15 | ki***** | I can’t login- doesn’t appear to be optimized for iPhone. You can’t access the login button- it’s buried at the bottom of the screen which snaps back when you attempt to scroll to it. Many of the words on the login screen are scrambled. | |

| 2023-09-23 | Ad***** | I’m new, and so far the service seems great and very helpful. However, the app crashes and goes to a white screen very often. I then have to restart my phone or delete then reinstall. I’ve been using the browser. Please fix! | |

| 2023-03-31 | Ch***** | Ease of use: 5 stars Ability to connect with a provider: 5 stars Treatment support: 5 stars Ability to communicate and track symptoms: 5 stars (with caveats* see below) Caveat: This is one (if not the only) best apps for being able to connect to a provider, receive feedback, get treatment recommendations and access treatment. However, the app could be updated to allow the user to add additional symptoms (the only symptoms a user can access are those built into the app). Many women have symptoms that are not listed in the app and since peri menopause and menopause are such a dynamic period in a woman’s life many women are confused when they have a symptom that doesn’t appear to exist within the listed symptoms (which are the most common symptoms). This could lead a user to either feel like they have something else wrong with them or to seek out help from a specialist in a different field when what they are experiencing is actually a part of menopause. Caveat #2: Since the symptom tracker is something that goes into your chart and to the other end (e.g. to your provider) you need to use it every day in order to ensure that your provider is getting the most information about changes you may be experiencing. As a new user I was keeping my symptoms in another app and didn’t feel like I “needed” to also track them within the Evernow App. Not a horrible thing, but it really should be explained in the app to the user up front that using the symptom tracker will actually help your provider in their treatment plan for you. Once I began to do this my provider reached out to me asking if I felt I needed a different treatment. All in all - it’s a good app. Could use some changes to suit the individual needs of other women’s symptoms. Could also be expanded to include links to research (not just “Google research” or “accepted research “) the bioavailability of different hormones in regards to the route, dose and frequency as well as the dynamic changes that happen in the brain during menopause. | |

| 2023-02-10 | Ov***** | This app crashes on iOS and then it doesn’t open at all. Waiting for support beyond the suggested, “have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?” Seriously? Of course I did. | |

| 2022-12-07 | Al***** | Love how easy this app is. I can easily track my symptoms so I have a record for me and my doctor to review. The doctors answer really quickly - it’s been a breeze! | |
