I been with CSE for a few years now and this app has never gotten any better with performance wise, it locks you out constantly and if it’s the weekend nobody can help you until Monday. It’s also not pleasant on the eyes and basic but somehow broken. Save yourself a headache find a different bank with a better app and better services.

It creates an endless cycle returning us to the login screen every time we try to access it. We have iPhones (16+) on the most recent iOS. The app is currently useless and we have to do our banking deposits in person.
