Pack Tally

DESIGNED FOR THE HARDWOOD LUMBER INDUSTRY. Pack Tally is a tool for sawmill and dry kiln operators, used to tally and manage packs of hardwood lumber.

PACKS. Add packs into the system and tally them quickly and easily. Critical measurements such as net board feet, gross board feet, surface measure, etc. are automatically calculated for you.

MULTIPLE WAYS TO TALLY. Piece ("export") Tallies. Block Tallies. Fixed Width Tallies.

LOADS. Put packs into loads and create load documents. Print the load documents wirelessly and hand them to the driver. Or email them to a customer.

SELECTIONS. Selections allow you view just those packs you need to see: all packs, pack inventory, shipped packs, etc. You can get specific. Select all hickory packs currently in inventory with an average width greater than 15 inches.

SORT OPTIONS. Sort packs in the order you want. By Pack #. By Species. By Species then Grade then Thickness. By Customer then Load #.

PROFESSIONAL REPORTS. Create reports and preview them right on the iPhone. Print them wirelessly. Email them. Pack Tally comes with 12 different reports, including:

 ° All Packs by Tally Date
 ° Pack Inventory by Species, Grade, and Thickness
 ° Shipped Packs by Customer and Load #
 ° Load Documents
 ° Pack ID Tags (on 4x6 cards that can be stapled to the end of the pack)
 ° Tally Sheets
 ° and more

CUSTOM PACK LIST REPORTS. Use a combination of pack selections and sort options to create your own pack list reports. Include only the packs you need. Sort and subtotal them any way you like. And specify how much detail you want:

 ° Totals Only.  Show subtotals and grand totals only
 ° Summary. Include a row for each pack.
 ° Detailed.  Include the piece counts for each length/width in the pack.

EXPORT. Export your pack and load data into Excel.
