2025-09-05	Li*****	What hebben jullie gedaan 😩😩😩 app doesn’t work anymore. First i have to log in 2-3 times cause it keeps saying I’ve been logged out. Then it doesn’t show the amounts in my accounts i have to refresh 3x and i can no longer make transfers!

2021-07-31	di*****	No SMS received on USA number +1xxx.xxx.xx.xx (AT&T) so can’t register my account in the app 😔 receiving SMS works fine from other providers (currently in Belgium on BASE network I get texts sent to my US AT&T number) same problem as someone else reported here so I think this is an issue with the SMS gateway Fortis is using 😒

2019-06-19	vo*****	Decent app however there are a few simple thing they need to do, first a language option is seems there is no way to change the language in app. Second it pauses whatever music was playing when you open it.

2019-04-14	Si*****	The app crashes suddenly without any reason. I had to delete and reinstall and configure my profile every time the app crashes. When it crashes the app just flashes and do not open. It is a headache to operate this app.It should be renamed as “Bye Bank” instead of “Hello Bank”
