2025-04-10	Ma*****	Viaje a México el día 2 de Abril, nos bajaron en Nogales Sonora para limpiar el camión y me abrieron una maleta y me robaron, siempre viajo con Tufesa y esta es la primera vez que pasa esto, tienen un servicio excelente con excepción de esto, no es el valor, es la acción.

2024-12-27	xA*****	The app is very slow and many times it is unresponsive. Ive had to close and reopen the app at-least 20 times not trying to see my ticket. Also a few times I’ve selected a seat and when i go to pay it says the seat is not available. Definitely needs some work on that.
