The top recurring problems are: the app freezes or won’t progress past the first screen; tapping launch often redirects to the App Store; presentations and videos fail to load or are reported as deleted/corrupted; and overall slow performance. A minority note that PowerPoint content can be viewed in-app, but reliability issues dominate.

This was recommended from an education course I was taking. Downloaded the app & when I went to launch it, it froze right away. 🤦🏻‍♀️ No help AT ALL! I sent the feedback to the site I'm using so they know not to recommend this anymore.
