User Reviews

Reviews praise the device as great and easy to use for expanding iPad storage, but consistently complain about app reliability and connectivity. The top issues are Wi‑Fi/drive detection failures, non‑responsive UI elements and bugs, and missing cross‑app file interoperability (Open In) that limits usefulness. Overall, the hardware shows promise, but the app needs bug fixes and feature enhancements to deliver a smoother experience.
Pros
  • Easy to use
  • The device is great and handy for expanding iPad storage
  • Generally works for basic storage tasks
Cons
  • Wireless connectivity and drive detection issues (Wi‑Fi connection problems / drive not found)
  • UI/UX reliability problems (clunky interface, non‑responsive buttons, keyboard pop‑up that won't hide)
  • Lack of interoperability with other apps (no Open In button and files can't be opened in other apps)

The only option is “wired” connection to the Internet. But this device doesn’t have a Ethernet port st all.

Hi, This app is not compatible with iOS 11. I use to backup my pictures on the go, and I am in need urgently! When an update will be release? Regards, Adrien

This app is a bit clunky and old school but does work apart from when trying to create a folder on an SD card to copy files to. The keyboard pops up to name the folder but won’t pop down and you have to restart the app to gain access to the bottom buttons. It would benefit from having a dedicated create folder tool.
