However, users repeatedly complain about intrusive ads, inconsistent joker-rule enforcement by AI, perceived unfair AI tile distribution, and occasional freezes or data loss after updates that undermine the experience.

I have had this game for years now with premium/plus+ and after the last update, it erased my tables and says I don’t have premium/plus+ a shame developers did that
