This bank is amazing and great to work with, however this app sucks I always end up just calling in because the app (for how “simple” it is) never works. Not so much in a buggy way either just not a lot of thought put into user friendliness if any.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The old app they had was amazing, work great, never had issues except for occasionally getting logged out and having to reset my password. Earlier this year they revamped the whole app. It’s complete garbage. Nothing loads, it’s slow, transfers rarely go through, and it looks more like a browser than an app. You’re better off logging in on the safari browser with one bar than using this hot garbage with full service.
