Influence - Paid Video Surveys

I’ve participated in countless surveys and submitted many video responses through this app over the years, and it’s honestly been one of my favorite ways to earn a little extra money throughout the week. I would have gladly given it 5 stars if the app had maintained its fast payout processing times. A few years ago, and even up until about six months ago, my earnings would consistently hit my PayPal account within an hour of cashing out. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Both existing and new users should now expect payout timeframes ranging from approximately 36 hours, if they’re lucky, to 60+ hours or more. This is a noticeable decline from the quick and reliable payment processing that originally made the app stand out from competing survey platforms.

Needs more video questions

The only real issue I have with this app is the payout process. I appreciate that most videos pay around $1 each, which is great, but I’m confused about why cashouts take 72 hours or longer to process. From what I understand, every video submission is manually reviewed and approved by a real person before the earnings are added to my balance. If that’s the case, shouldn’t those earnings already be approved and verified once they appear in my account? Why is a second approval needed when requesting a payout, and why does it take so long? The delay can be very frustrating, especially when the work has already been reviewed and accepted. I would appreciate more transparency about the payout process and the reasons behind the wait time.
