Users like the app for its ease of use and quick routing, especially for those unfamiliar with DC. However, pervasive ads, outdated/inaccurate map data, limited planning features, and occasional orange-screen crashes severely degrade reliability. Improved data updates and a less intrusive experience are needed for it to be a reliable transit tool.

Intrusive, lengthy ads on the free version; pop-ups and malware-like ads
Map is incomplete or outdated (missing stations, unupdated Silver Line stops) and can give incorrect directions
No easy way to plan future trips or change time; limited search and usability for planning ahead
Stability and rendering problems (orange screen/crashes) and overall performance issues
Timing data is approximate and the app provides little information about delays or closures

Way too many loooong ads to watch when you want to use the app.

It appears the ad free only allows real time trip data. Tried to change day snd time for future and it would not update. Hook to upgrade to the ad free international 2025 version provided only walking trip plans, not public transit or other. Useless unless you pay to play.
