The medication has arrived twice warm with melted ice packs. They say it remains effective and can withstand 104 degree temperatures for 4 days. And that it can remain at room temperature for 60 days. This doesn’t make sense if it needs to stay cool and refrigerated. My understanding is that the peptides will stay to break down if the medication stays warm for too long. Don’t use. I am switching to a company that can properly deliver the medication.

Notifications under Settings does not allow you to toggle all the notifications. I don’t want Noom to send a popup notification that I haven’t logged in to the app. So now I have to disable all my notifications from my Apple settings instead of the device.
