I was an avid fan of noom. But then Noom decided it knows better than the paid users. Added the concept of seeds that I do not care about. But they will not let you opt out of seeds. The annoying part is every so often they give you the stupid seeds as rewards and freeze up the screen for 30 seconds or so making it impossible to use Noom when you are in a hurry. I have complained on their user forum and Noom has blissfully ignored my request. I don’t have a problem if other people want to use seeds. But just give me the option to opt out. Not possible. I am NOT renewing my noom subscription.

Don’t do it. The “Dr’s” that oversee your plan don’t do anything and can’t even answer basic questions about doses!!!
