User Reviews
Pros
- Realistic physics-based dice rolling with tactile feel and authentic sounds.
- Strong social/collection experience with diverse dice and multiplayer.
- Very portable and convenient for decision-making or games anywhere.
- Wide variety of dice types (D4–D20, percentile, customizable options) and easy digital access.
- Educational value and classroom-friendly use.
Cons
- Unintended in-app purchases and unexpected charges (fingerprint purchases and hidden costs).
- UI can cause accidental purchases due to small, closely spaced buttons.
- Inconsistent cross-device performance (iPhone vs iPad; Google Classroom issues) and occasional instability.
- Dice readability and roll reliability issues (difficult to read certain dice; not always landing flat; questionable legitimacy).
- Perceived overpriced extra dice packs or optional purchases.

I like to make basic decisions through chance. I don't always keep dice on me and I even lamented not bringing my D20 while on vacation. Certainly easier and more convenient to have such a thing on your phone, especially when you're at a restaurant or a bar.
Only problem is all these other dice apps seem to use number generation only, cleverly disguised or otherwise. While there's probably no difference between rolling physical or digital dice, the efficacy of the latter and by extension RNG is certainly very questionable. Neither here nor there of course.
Point is, this app answers this problem for me intelligently. Instead of pressing a button to, in theory, roll dice, it uses physics powered by the iPhone's gyroscope and accelerometer to put the power in your hands to shake the dice as long as you want and roll however you please, with assurance that you're getting a true roll in the palm of your hand.
Individual dice cost a dollar each, but you can buy all the dice offered in the app for two dollars. That's a coin, numbered variety D6, customizable pip-variety D6, a D4, a D5, A D8, a D10, a percentile D10, a D12, and a D20 for a fraction of the cost for a set of Chess*x. Not to mention that you get the added value of being able to take the dice with you wherever you go, so long as your phone's charged.
The possibilities are endless, not just making decisions. Impromptu games of Yahtzee at a party, make up for missing dice in Monopoly, generate an invoice number in your small business, teach children math. WHATEVER 😂👌
