This was exactly what I needed. I have the book, but the app really helps with putting the chi running lessons into practice. The metronome, the guided reminders, the videos…all excellent. From the very first session, it shaved 4 minutes off of my pace with no extra perceived effort.

Use this app to train for walking 5K road races. My race times are improving, almost no aches or pains, and less tired at end of training session or race.
