I downloaded this app primarily to sync my lightsticks for concerts, but I was also excited about the calendar that allows you to see the schedule of every SM artist. The calendar had the wrong date for a concert I was attending and it was impossible to sync my Version 1 lightstick after trying many times. This greatly affected my enjoyment of the concert I attended recently. There was also no instruction concerning lightstick synchronization at the concert which is always available at concerts of HYBE artists. I hope that this app is improved and will contain a help section and a contact us section in the future so that these problems that affect fans can be resolved.
