Reviews consistently describe Member | Dash as unreliable and hard to use. Repeated login failures and crashes, plus constant logouts, plague users. The waiting room and multi-venue switching force frequent logins/searches, causing major delays. The UI is clunky, navigation is confusing, and calendar syncing/payments are problematic. Many users recommend avoiding the app and using the rink’s website instead. Overall, there are few if any clear positives mentioned across reviews.

I have to enter my user/pass every time because the app never keeps me logged in and the fields also aren’t set up to be recognized as as user/pass so Apple can’t autofill. And terrible design choice to have the app name show as just Member without any Dash
