Reviews consistently describe Member | Dash as unreliable and hard to use. Repeated login failures and crashes, plus constant logouts, plague users. The waiting room and multi-venue switching force frequent logins/searches, causing major delays. The UI is clunky, navigation is confusing, and calendar syncing/payments are problematic. Many users recommend avoiding the app and using the rink’s website instead. Overall, there are few if any clear positives mentioned across reviews.

I can’t stand this system. There are so many bugs- for instance I cannot delete an old credit card from my account. I added a new one and marked it as default but it continues to try to charge the old one. Why can’t I delete old cards?? Why can’t a new card marked as default stick?? Why is this thing so glitchy and why doesn’t this app have a maintenance ran periodically??
