Privacy policy overlay is intrusive and blocks use (big square pop-up with no clear dismiss button).
Difficult to locate previous appointments and related history.
Sometimes appointment confirmations show the wrong time compared to the provider’s schedule.
Unable to rotate on iPad; orientation issues make reading and navigation harder.
Users worry about data retention or deletion after a pet’s death, feeling memories can be erased.

Devs WTF!!?? I need to validate my email but when I send the validation email, I receive a marketing email to sign up instead. Same email I use at my vet. When I click the link in the email I go back to the app and to square one, sign up, validate your email and bam the marketing email to download the app and join.

I have tried multiple times to set up an account and you can’t! After providing your information it takes you to a landing page that says “Follow instructions sent your email to validate/finish setting up your account”. The email sent is titled “How to know when your pets need care” and offers no option to validate anything or finish signing up. “We love having you as a client! To say thank you, we've got a new mobile app for you and your animal companions. Plus: Request Appointments 24/7 Pet Pickup Notifications Create and store all your pets' reminders Just follow these steps on your Apple or Android device: 1. Download PetDesk App 2. Sign up using your email address 3. Verify your info and pet info in the app” So you’re back at square one in a never ending loop with no fix available! Cool!
