الخلاصة: تتكرر الشكاوى من عدم ثبات التطبيق وعدم فتحه، وعدم تحديث الدرجات أو عرض النتائج بشكل صحيح بعد التظلمات، إضافة إلى شرط وجود رقم المقعد وتغيب الطلاب بسبب كورونا. كما يعبر بعض المستخدمين عن شعور بالظلم في التصحيح ودرجات غير عادلة. هناك بعض التعليقات الإيجابية القليلة حول تقليل ضغط الموقع وتحسن الأداء العام، لكنها لا تعوض المشاكل الأساسية التي تحتاج إلى إصلاح فوري في الاستجابة والبيانات والتحديثات.
