He does not know it but I consider Jason Vale my friend. For years I wondered about loss of energy after lunches and dinners and noticed my body’s tendency to tell me he would like a nap. I can only ask the one who is reading this are you deciding to take full responsibility for ourself? Now I am not saying go for the apps and books from Jason, but when I stated it outloud to myself that I wanted more from my life ... Jason Vale’s Superjuiceme movie on youtube found its way into my life and from there I experienced a new Benchmark in feeling great and sleeping deeply. When I started to experience a lot more energy ... do you know what happened? The extra energy inside simply intuitively told me it wants me to exercise - when you have a lot of energy, dont you want to do something? - Seeing that movie was only the beginning of my health and recovery journey. When you feel great it will affect other areas of you life as well for the better. Try Jason and if he is not your solution, keep trusting yourself and keep trying out new things that are great for you. I trust myself to know what is good for me and do you know what I mean when I say that? . I try new things if they pull me or make me curious and feel good I know they are for me. But for me its not enough to just think about it I habe to experience them outside of me as an experience not just as a thought in my head. And - for me - Jason’s Apps and books are written and designed in a way that it suits me. Anyway, my best of everything towards you, my fellow soul traveller.

I decided to do a juice cleanse after spending 5 days over eating and drinking while on vacation. A friend recommended this one and I was very skeptical but decided to try and it exceeded my expectations. App is easy to use and juices taste much better than I expected. Shopping list is very helpful so are the videos. Most of the days I was in fact excited to get home to make and drink the juices! I dropped 9 lbs in 5 days, feel amazing, have normal or higher energy and am not craving any junk food!
