Can’t log in

I need a 1 time password to sign into my account, but i can’t get a passcode without going to account management settings in my profile…and I don’t know my password to get into my account. Thats the WHOLE reason I need a 1 time passcode! On top of that they make you sign a ridiculously long nda just to get a 1 time passcode on the app that apparently doesn’t exit! I would say it’s an absolute waist of download space! ZERO
