Recent reviews

They make no updates to this app. Whenever you are trying to submit some type of issue, it closes. Just like everything else in Tallahassee, this doesn’t work.

You cannot contact anyone about this app nor does it work properly, you used to be able to download an app but now it’s only online and you have to re-enter the information each month or in my case twice a month. I needed to change information when I got divorced but they failed to change anything or contact me. I hate this company and cannot wait until they get a competitor.
