I’ve had an account with Santander for over 20 years, but something just happened that made be real realize that Santander is not the bank for me. I simply tried to transfer some money from my bank account to another bank to purchase something and the whole process was extremely difficult. First of all. I found out that I can only transfer 20k a month. Then when I tried to do that I was told that this was in review then when I tried to go back into my account, I was locked out and I had to make several long phone calls to sort out the situation. I am changing banks this is not acceptable. This is NOT banking.
