Love this bank and its app

I unfortunately got stuck with this bank for my auto lease, and it’s such a mess. I made an account online but the app doesn’t seem to recognize that. Also I’m unable to set up automatic payments and suspiciously get hit with a late payment fee. Horrible company and app.
