However, recurring issues undermine it: crashes and instability on iOS, overlays and multi-step navigation that block actions, data-input mismatches, and slow/lagging maintenance for devices like iPhone X/Face ID. To realize its full potential, the app needs improved reliability, streamlined UX, data consistency, and timely device support.
