colors hard to change but otberwise very good!

I downloaded this in hopes that it would help me design a closet layout for my house. Before I was even able to do anything it made me choose a “free trial plan”, it would not let me opt out. So I set up the free trial, and realized this app didn’t work for the task I was working on. So I immediately cancelled the trial, and deleted the app, because I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t going to use. Well I see a $20 charge on my card a few days later, which doesn’t make any sense because I immediately cancelled it? So I contacted Apple and they said that it wasn’t eligible for a refund. So now I’m out $20 for something I didn’t even use, and cancelled the free trial immediately. I have all the screenshots and timestamps of when I created an account and when I cancelled the trial. Don’t sign up for this unless you want to be charged a minimum of $20 a month.
