Recent reviews

I have never been able to use this app twice in a row successfully. I always need to call and have it reset. This last time I saved both the username and password in my Passwords app. Thought that would make it easier. Followed the prompt to automatically fill in the information. It wouldn’t work! Name and password didn’t fill in. To reset the password you need your name, email and account number… which you can’t get because the paper statement only has the last 4 digits. So you need to call the branch, out of luck if it’s after hours or the weekend. None of this process is user friendly.
