With the Legacy TouchView app you can easily access live video, playback recorded video, and control cameras with PTZ functions from your phone. Use the new CompleteView app to leverage the latest features and enhancements if you are running CompleteView 20/20 v. 5.3.

System Requirements:

The Legacy TouchView app supports devices running iOS 10.0 or higher. You will need a CompleteView Recording Server that you can connect to in order to fully use the features in the app. The app works with CompleteView ONE, Pro and Enterprise editions, version 3.8.1 or higher. The new CompleteView app only works with version 5.3.0 or higher.
