You should add a notification letting us know that a food delivery service is going to be used to deliver our food before we submit the order so we can cancel it because I have never once gotten my food warm or hot since you started using them.

The app is terrible!!!!! I've struggled with it over the last year or more. Now it won't even open. Several times I was so frustrated that we didn't even order from them and ate elsewhere! Lost my business.
