I never write reviews but this app has been so frustrating I had to review this app. I am completely mystified by the five-star reviews that they have to be fake. Just way too many issues with this app to type them all out. The biggest problem is lack of customer support when issues arise and the verification process is a total joke. Apple needs to drop this company and figure something else out to verify students/teachers. This process is not working and reflects bad on Apple for using them.
