Recent reviews

It feels like with every update the app gets less responsive. It takes forever for the data to sync with the cloud (yes, even with a strong WiFi connection), and heaven forbid your login times out and you have to sign back in. After this most recent update my app won’t even open. The actual app use itself is…okay. The sketching is difficult to do anything more than drop a room in and the estimate writing is not fluid. If you’re doing a claim with any complexity the app is not going to serve you well. For the most part I only utilize the app to upload pictures directly into a claim, which is a small time saver.
