Slow as can be loading on and iPad… anywhere from 7-15 min to load the program… so when you are standing inside a customer’s house, Xactimate crashes, now your standing there for up to 15 min waiting for the stupid program to load! Very annoying, and yes it crashes! Be ready.

App is unbearably slow and buggy. Way more complicated than needs to be. Developers obviously don’t pay attention to key stroke efficiency or user interface at all. Probably are a bunch of incompetent immigrants.
