Despite listing my tickets (for a SOLD OUT event) for the exact same price I paid (on Twickets no less - had to buy two though only needed one), kept getting listing rejected as it was above face value. Must have submitted 15 times and showed increasing evidence of what I paid. Then I capitulated day of and listed face and it was rejected as event had started (though it is an All Day ticket and there are tickets for afternoon and evening). So many structural issues!

I had a terrible experience trying to sell tickets for Hercules through Twickets. I received 15 offers and accepted at least 7 of them, but not a single one ever resulted in an actual sale. I ended up losing the full £170 with nothing to show for it. When I reached out to support, I was told that "making an offer is not a commitment to purchase" and that accepting offers "does not guarantee your tickets will sell." While I understand that technically, it raises a serious question: what is the point of the offer system if sellers can accept multiple offers and still walk away without a sale? Support also confirmed that this is "quite common” for the platform to regularly leave sellers in the lurch after generating interest that never converts. You can do everything right and still be left out the full amount with no explanation or recourse. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this platform as a seller.
