недавно, буквально 5 часов назад, я закинула на вб кошелек 400р тк должны были списать из за того что я не пришла на пункт выдачи за ними, хорошо я смирилась с этим, но после списали еще 200р и я не понимаю почему ведь я закидывала деньги, но да ладно, сейчас я не могу перевести свои 200р с вб кошелька потому что как оказалось переводить можно будет только если я улучшу кошелек, хорошо я начала улучшать у него и в итоге ничего не происходило, я пыталась наверное полчаса, после додумалась обратиться за помощью к браузеру там мне написали о том что улучшить вб кошелек оказывается можно только с 18 лет, тогба возникает новый вопрос, почему все еще есть возможность создать свой вб кошелек любям не достигшим 18 лет, на данный момент эти 200р мне очень нужны и возвращать их мне никто как будто бы не собирается, спасибо большое вб было очень не приятно заказывать товары у вас всего хорошего
