I’ve tried a lot of fasting apps these past 7 years. The ease and simplicity of this one makes it my go-to. The only thing I wish the hr feature was longer it only goes to 48. I sometimes want a longer fast like a 60, 72, or even a 90 hr. But it’s fine cuz you can just dial in your start and stop date/time. Been carnivore almost 2 years and this is the 1st longer fast I’ve done in a few years. (60 hrs) and WOW!! Total game changer going into a fast with ketones already over 2. Autophagy and deep deep ketosis HUT!
