Users valued USACE Little Rock for real-time, centralized hydrology data, but a recent update has degraded usability and reliability. Many reports show the app won't open or loads only intermittently, redirects to external websites, and navigation is non-intuitive. Data accessibility on maps and barge flows is inconsistent, and several features (forecasts, iPad landscape, privacy prompts) are missing or changed. A few reviews note helpful functions remain when the app works, especially during flood events.

I’ve used this app for years as a very helpful tool. It stopped working, so I performed the latest update. Still not able to tell me anything. When you click the tab to do anything, it takes you to a unusable browser page.
