These conflicting experiences undermine trust despite the appeal of accessing unique projects.

Pros

Cons

Projects frequently fail to deliver and communicate delays; backers can wait years.
Prevalence of scams and weak vetting; backers feel insufficient protection.
App reliability issues (login problems, loading crashes, VPN-related errors).
Inadequate support and refunds; disputes go unresolved and refunds are not guaranteed.

Recent reviews

I have made comments and also based on kickstarter request to file a report on the creator, yet there is no response to a 6 months delay. kickstarter I suspect promoting scammers to get their cut of percentage to start a crowd funding, when the creator fails to fulfill the promise nothing is being done. Very poor managements.

Some projects have been scams from the start but others have turned out great. Still others arent a scam but fail to live up to the hype or break and the creator has gone out of business.
